Is there a way to download the files instead of just reading

I am able use the Upload, Read features of the datssh2 package. Is there a way to download the file (similar to upload, but in reverse)

Doesn't seem like there is. I have just used stream feature of the read function seen in #124.
Having a built-in function for this would work great though.
