Feature Description

Add a button to reload the configuration file from disk.

Use Case

I can use another IDE to edit the configuration file, which allows me to perform batch edits. However, the game doesn't reload the updated file automatically. I'd like to have a button added that reloads my edited configuration file. Ideally, before reloading, it should notify me whether the edited file has a valid format. It would be even better if the system creates a backup of the current configuration before loading the new one.

The Cancel button reloads the file. IIRC if there's a format issue it'll create a backup before resetting.
