Add webp support

Thanks for the work on this server.
I noticed that archives with webp images just give a gray page.
Digging around it looks like there's a whitelist to jpg, gif and png formats?
Can you add webp support?  I've converted my entire collection to save space and am using a customized version of comicstreamer for reading.  I'd like to use all the fun features in Tenma.
