Store generators history in browser's storage

What is currently happening
Currently Randominator's generator history is stored entirely in-memory. When application is reloaded (for any reason, be it a new tab, browser close, anything), the history is reset.

The solution
Investigate storing history in browser's storage. This will persist history between browser sessions.

Potential implications

• storage might break when user uses multiple tabs at once.
• cookie notice needed. I think?
• if cookie notice needed, then it would be non-essential... I think?
• as the site grows, history size limits need to be taken into consideration.
• format stored in history should allow regenerating values if needed (history on its own already supports that, but still worth noting).
