Navbar Modification: Altered hover animation on navbar anchor links.

Slightly changed code for the hover animation for the anchor links.

1. Added a transition for the appearance of the rounded box on hover.
2. Changed it to pointer-events: none to fix the text being black when the box is still visible because of the cursor hovering on the edges of the box. The box is now only active because of hovering on the anchor links and not the box itself.
