replace jad with cfr / procyon

jad is getting very old and should be replaced with cfr or procyon

cfr is now packaged with androidtamer so that can be used: reference code to see its correct usage https://github.com/OWASP/owasp-mstg/blob/master/OMTG-Files/01_Tools/01_Android/01_apkx/apkx#L67
