Standardize styling and move it to global theme #131
Description
On different screens, the styling varies a lot, mostly for the app bar. There should be a consistent theme across all screens.
This is caused by setting colors or other styles directly at the widgets. Instead, all styles should be set through the global theme and custom styles for widgets should be avoided and only reference the theme.
