Subject: [PATCH] environment.yaml: Remove anaconda channels

  To ensure the tool can be used by anyone, not just entities
  conforming to Anaconda Inc.'s terms of service.

  This requires a downgrade of python though since the exact
  version is not available from conda-forge.
