[BUG] na.serveme.tf premium users do not have access to premium servers on the site

Issue: Premium users on "na.serveme.tf" do not have quick access to the premium servers even though there are servers available for use

Reason for issue: My guess is that tf2stadium checks "serveme.tf" premium status but not "na.serveme.tf" premium status

We do not actually check premium status. TF2Stadium simply queries the serveme AP with the Steam API of the user, providing premium servers is something that's up to serveme. You might want to check this with Arie.
