Change: Refactor the arg inputs to be more friendly for non "Exozone" apps.

• Thinking about changing the args to be the following:
  parse(input, message, settings)

• Also to change the message and settings payload to be more generic and easier for external apps to use with their own apps.

• The config also needs a re-do to be easier to change/tweak.
