Allow to specify a comment template #11
Description
Different people format their comments differently. E.G : if you use doxygen in your company, you will use it for Python as well. In other companies, you will try to use a standard such as rst comments.
It would be nice to be able to specify templates for the inserted comments, just like you can do for snippets.
