RoboRIO and RoboRIO 2.0 Wiki Page Needs Updating

Overview

The current documentation for these pages needs to be updated as it is pretty bare-bones. Some updates to add should include things like how to wire them, and possible code snippets for PWM control, Analog Input, and alike.

Started work with some of the RoboRIO code documentation. However, I have been struggling finding examples for things like the serial interfaces, most notably the SPI and I2C interfaces. If anyone could find some, that would be great.

Currently I have DIO, PWM, Analog Input, and Relay documented for code usage, which is over half of them so far!

As it stands currently, it looks like more will have to change in regards to this with the introduction of command-based code. It won't be a drastic change but some changes for how the code is laid out and setup will need to be modified.

This issue may be closed whenever a new wiki setup is introduced. Most code examples, part documentation, and component overviews will reside together in a separate place as they are used everywhere. Robot descriptions, coding over, and the network diagram will still reside here though as those are specific to this project
