Allow user customization of file types #277

For existing functionality and the in-progress search function, StatWrap has a configuration of common file types and settings. However, there are plausible scenarios where the user may be using files that are not explicitly handled by StatWrap. We would still want StatWrap to detect those files to the best of its ability, but could be improved if the user provides information on file types.
A new feature for StatWrap would be to allow the user to define new file types.
