Polymer energy evaluation with tangent rotation move

Adjustments required in compute_dE of components.py relating to the continuous_inds flag.

Tangent rotation moves affect beads individually. Therefore, polymer energy changes associated with these moves should be evaluated on each bead individually. Currently, continuous bead intervals affected by the tangent rotation move are incorrectly grouped when evaluating polymer energy changes.
