Build fail on Visual studio 2026

The problem is the same as before, the same problem with libcelt marked as 2022 visual studio libjpeg-turbo, the same thing can be done with vcpkg support.

Do you have a single instance of vs2026? Or you had a vs2022 before?

libcelt uses latest v145 toolset: Source-Authors/celt@f00de0f
libjpeg-turbo is CMake-based project, it means you either have outdated CMake version or it detects old vs2022 install if any.

If you had a vs2022, suggest to do

• Do a full vs cleanup by https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/install/uninstall-visual-studio?view=visualstudio#remove-all-by-using-installcleanupexe
• git submodule foreach git clean -ffdx and rerun .bat

vcpkg lib versions are lag behind latest main. I preferer to stay up to date.

Also do a git pull --recurse-submodules to fetch latest submodules.

Ok, you are right. Looks like I still have a vs2022 instance somewhere, so it compiles for me.

Now should be ok. Fetch latest commit.
