occasionally a build on copr is started twice, in parallel #177
Description
happens very irregularly.
at the moment I am building Kolab for Winterfell, and I just hit build, and the first builds are libcalendaring, php-kolab-net-ldap3, and twice roundcubemail
perhaps related? roundcubemail cannot be built, there is a dependancy on php-pear(Net_LDAP3) which is fulfilled by php-kolab-net-ldap3. somehow this was not picked up?
