File name Con.js not supported for windows

Bug

The filename CON.* is prohibited on windows for historic reasons.
Please rename this file. Otherwise the windows explorer is unable to delete it. It will prompt an error, stating that this is an invalid file handle

Steps to Reproduce

Delete the CenSQL folder via the windows explorer.
