Source types for each vulnerability #9
Description
Source types will need to be tacked in the DB so we can indicate which type of source each URL is for a vulnerability.
each source url should be one of the following types:
CNA
Security Advisory
Bug Bounty
3rd party platform
other
Type is determined by the crawler
