Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Python script to to handle the OnScreen keyboard.

The code can be executed by simply running my script on Python2.7. It should prompt the user using graphical UI for the input file and then the output file. I did not commit the tests I created. Let me know if needed.

Ex: C:\Users\Mark\Projects\Scripts\python.exe C:/Users/Mark/Projects/VirtualKeyboard/main.py
