Feature Request/Question: Dark Mode

Hey! 

I was digging through the code and saw some possible areas in the display.cpp files that I could possibly change to make the program be in "dark mode" by default. But, before I go about figuring out how to compile that modified code, are there any plans for a settings tab that will contain adjustable user interface settings?
