Corrupted library file in fedora package

For compiling ares on Fedora 43 I install librashader from this
After compiling and run ares says
./ares: error while loading shared libraries: librashader.so.2: object file has no loadable segments

I check manually, and I think this is not ok

I try to download and unpack package manually, and got the same result

Hm, seems like OBS is not building the file properly.

As a workaround if you're compiling ares from source I believe there's an option to build librashader as part of ares' build process, while I look in to what went wrong.
