Description
adding optimization so that the first page setup and later renders wouldnt take much time as it is taking now.

Context
Current Behavior:

the website is not very optimized as we can see.

Expected Behavior:
the renders are taking alot of time specially first render. as an user i wouldnt like to wait for my app so long to load.
