Loading Spinner for Recipe Images

Problem:
When fetching recipe images, there is currently no visual feedback to inform users that the images are being loaded. This can lead to a less optimal user experience, especially when there is a delay in image retrieval.

Proposed Solution:
Adding a loading spinner that is displayed while recipe images are being fetched. This provides users with visual feedback, indicating that the data is loading and improving the overall user experience.
