Lag spikes with the official "Fusion" plugin #4

Hello, I've been using your SimpleOres mod for many years now and I still love it!
Only trouble now though is that I've found that your official Fusion plugin for SimpleCore has a major bug. Before installing the fusion plugin, I only have Forge, Liteloader, FastCraft, Optifine, Shaders mod, SimpleCore and SimpleOres2 mods installed and I get no lag spikes.
After installing the fusion plugin, I seem to get lag spikes every 1-2 seconds even when no blocks from the fusion plugin are placed in my world.
