FirstTimeSetup may fail on the first time through (requiring second run) #167
Description
On a fresh Windows 11 25H2 computer, we got some errors with "py" not being set up yet in the install process when it was used (after just having installed python in FirstTimeSetup). The second time, it runs fine (due to the console refreshing PATH).
