[Request] Voidlist export/import capability

Another submission based on the Weeaboo Police, surprise surprise.

Currently a user has accumulated a spreadsheet of nearly 200 accounts for input into the voidlist and the question of mass exporting and importing of voidlists rather than entering every name manually has come up. I understand Visibility stores the blocked player data in a json in AppData\Roaming\XIVLauncher\pluginConfigs. Would it be possible to automate bit of text concatenation to put it in a format that someone could just plop in pluginConfigs using notepad or to plug it in to the plugin interface in Dalamud directly?
