Allow to exclude some taxon from Gift Card

In order to prevent using a Gift Card on some specific taxon (like Alcohol ie) it would be nice to be able to exclude some Taxon from a specific Gift Card. So for each Gift Card, we can better define when it can be applied and when it can not.
