I want to make a bubble chart but the 0 point is made fixed, because I will match it with the sea horizon line, the plan is that behind it there will be a picture of the sea horizon like when the sun sets,How do I keep the 0 point? Because if you look at the example in the documentation, the zero point starts from the bottom left corner I want the zero point in the middle, so the values start from -20° to 20° (y axis), while the x axis starts at 230° to 310° with the 270° point being the midpoint (west point),
