[Feature] auto generate OpenAPI spec / serve an openAPI server based on validate_params and docstring

What the title says 👀 more details need to be added but the basic idea is that you can either generate an OpenAPI spec using a command that would parse the routes and docstrings, or serve the documentation in a configurable url with configuration etc...
