M365 Teams Membership Sync - Update to New Beta Cmdlets

Describe the bug
Microsoft now has new beta cmdlet names for using the MgGraph Beta (except for connecting/disconnecting to the service). Update the used cmdlets to reflect it.

Additional context
Example: instead of 'Get-MgUser' it would be 'Get-MgBetaUser'
