The about to be deprecated @actions/cache 3.x should be upgraded to 4.x before February 1st 2025

Currently this action seems to depend on @actions/cache version 3.2.2 (https://github.com/ScribeMD/docker-cache/blob/main/package.json#L24) and should be upgraded to 4.x before February 1st 2025.

The announcement has this to say about the upgrade process:

The new changes to the @actions/cache package should be seamless and fully backward compatible. You are not expected to change anything in your code to use the new service.

I confirm this action stopped working because of deprecated @actions/cache@3.2.2 😢

Feel free to use AndreKurait/docker-cache@0.6.0 which applies a patch to use the newer cache dependency @heruan @suntsa
