clean up Jae-Hie's old website (Trac #326)

we still link to Jae-Hie's old site, mostly for his documentation on setting up developer environment. This is probably almost all obsolete now. Need to decide what to do with it. Further it has a lot of broken links

suggest that we remove the whole page with following caveat:

• Keep building model tutorial for now (just need to know name of html file)
• remove the very old doc file
• change wiki to point to html file only (not the dailydeve page)

Lets start by moving things rather than deleting then email Jae-Hie about his need for that page.

1. move danse...\downlosds\dev\ (files for code canp I - 4 files)
2. move daily_dev.html
3. move daily_main.html
4. nove daily_title.html
5. move daily_sidebar.html
6. REMOVE daily_model.html
7. point directly to model_les1.html
