When pressing Left or Right ,and Seek backward/forward for 5 seconds, osc will be displayed

Hello developer. I looked carefully in conf, and there seems to be no such option.

If you add osc_on_seek=yes the osc will show up every time you seek. There's no "after x time elapsed" option.
