Change nibble color in seekbar

Expected behavior of the wanted feature

Nibbled on seekbar have currently color of seekbar. Is it posibble to change it in .conf?

We used to have that option, but it was removed due to complications.

If I remember correctly, right now if color is added, the circle nibble is shown behind the seekbar (layer).
