We currently only have one radio timeout that only covers Basic Telemetry.

We had an issue where the firmware was only sending out Control telemetry at 2 Hz. We only noticed because we were tunning with graphs open. Would be good to have a shared expected turnaround time (probably in software-communication) and have a warning/error/GUI error if the basic telemetry or control telemetry are not returning in an expected range of time (+-10% of expected etc).
