Create a better build pipeline

Currently the assets are commited to the repo (they will need to be for the master branch anyways) but this isn't proper.

Also Material design lite initially didn't have the SASS in the bower repo, it now does. To have the custom colors we are using it would be best to modify the SASS and then build MDL at deployment time
