SMILE Student Web should perform a logout against the server when user clicks logout #81
Description
Students that logout during START_MAKE or START_ANSWER should be removed from the student list. However ,this may pose a challenge with what to do if they've submitted questions or answers. Students who join but don't answer throw off scoring metrics.
