And we can create a branch to address the issue on by selecting create branch on the right under Development.

@hsanabri now you can see that this issue is linked to a pull request, which allows us to comment on changes to the code directly. But it only allows us to comment on code that has been changed. So if we want to look at code that isn't currently in development on a branch, we have to navigate to the code in the github repo and open an issue.
