avoid pre-staged large files #2
Description
currently the bbp_docker build processes requires staging of several large files that are then copied into the image. These large_files are not in the bbp_docker git repo and must be retrieved and pre-staged to get this build to work. This processes skips a useful md5 sum check. we should update this build process so it uses the full bbp install. this is more possible now, with docker builds on USC servers rather than personal laptops.
