Feature request: IOC codes #20

Hello,
I'm curious about whether and how I can get the IOC code into this module?
I see this module tries to automate a lot of the codes from public sources, so I added some, one is the IOC itself with a rather curious looking xls file and one is Wikipedia. The IOC seems to have country codes per event, so I'm not sure how to deal with that.
