Report ZCLEANUP_PASSWORD_HASH_VALUESX should change code version, too

The original report CLEANUP_PASSWORD_HASH_VALUES changes the code version from I to H and G to F while deleting redundant hash values.

The Z-report should do the same for entries with code version I and G.

Limitation: Even with that change, the results from both reports look quite different, especially after using the Z-report.
