No resubmission feature #19
Description
Add feature to only submit the initial grid jobs. When it would normally go to "sleep mode", just exit and quit.
Advantage:
- For many runs, we often run these scripts in the background. Occasionally the runs are not completed after N submissions and the script reaches the resubmission limit and transfers. We would like the ability to just send them, then check later.
