AS a DEVELOPER, I WANT to have a report on the site's accessibility rating, SO that I can validate that we comply to accessibility standards and where necessary plan changes.

Describe the solution you'd like

• A lighthouse report
• Run this report in a workflow action on production push
• [Optional] Add a status check with the last state
