   The Del Norte High School robotics team was the first exposure that I got to large group development. As a software engineer on this team, I was assigned to a scrum team that programmed a claw to pick up and move around balls and cones. This experience was most valuable to me for the large group dynamic that strictly maintained the AGILE methodology to be as efficient as possible.
