Add Spring App to Helm Chart

Description

Starting from the basic Spring App developed in #9 , create an image for it, and integrate it in a subchart inside the main Matchflix Helm Chart

=> Infrastructure needed for the Spring App? (deployment, svc, ingress, cms, secrets, ...)

Definition of Done

• Image for basic Spring App is available (locally, DockerHub or GitHub registry)
• Subchart running the required infrstructure for the Spring App is part of the main Helm Chart
