improve translation functionality #22
Description
currently, translations happens on a per language, per file, basis. you can find the current translation script here. we should modify this script to both batch all translations for a given folder / language combination and have the optionality to batch translate all supported languages at once. you can find the translation api here, and it has useful considerations for dealing with rate limiting.
