Link mask prefill is broken if FAQ package is installed

If the FAQ package is installed the link mask for config items shows FAQ, but the mask is for config items:

FAQ:  	11.0.10
ITSMConfigurationManagement: 11.0.11
OTOBO: 11.0.x

If the FAQ is not installed, it works as expected.
