Add version selection for ConfigItemVersion reference fields.

The Dynamic Fields referencing Config Item Versions do not seem to work.
As far as I tested they do exactly the same as the normal references on Config Items.

Here is my DF Config:

I try to reference on the specific Version of a Server Software Item.

yes and no - the fields should work in the regard that in your example in "Software Version" the latest VersionID of e.g. Apache2 will be stored, in contrast to the ConfigItemID of Apache2, if it had the field type "ITSMConfigItem". But obviously choosing other versions except the latest one would greatly improve the value of the field type, and it is on our list to add this functionality.
