Please improve High Contrast Skin for CMDB

When using the high contrast skin, you can't see some things like frames in AgentITSMConfigItemZoom:

or fonts, like here with the Logo:

or like here in the General catalog the validities (this is OTOBO Framework, but I guess you get the idea):

or the borders of some windows, like the CI search results:

OTOBO 11.0.13 with CMDB 11.0.11 and ITSMCore 11.0.8

The skin was developed for the standard as part of a customer project. If there is a sponsor, we will gladly extend it also for packages, until then prio is comparatively low, though.
