Write a GitHub test to make sure builds of the bot work

Write some tests to run either on GitHubs servers with the appropriate environment variables (since pro plans get extra compute for free) or locally with runners connected to GitHub self-hosted by me that build and run the bot and possibly also make a request to itself to confirm everything works as it should
